Can I use JotForm as a database?

I want to run reports automatically by defining parameters and I want to be able to save those parameters so that I can run the report any time.  For instance, I want to know how many members have paid their dues for 2019.  I also want to run a report that will look like a membership directory, not like an excel doc.  Also, what happens to my info when I stop my subscription?  Will I be able to export it to excel before that?

JotForm is an online Form Builder - https://www.jotform.com/faq

The data collected through our forms is saved on our servers and you can view it on the submissions page of your form.

You can also download your data as Excel/CSV/PDF or you can create reports.

It is also possible to prepopulate a form.

All our plans have the Submission Storage limit. The paid accounts have unlimited storage and Free accounts are limited to 500 submissions. If you have more than 500 submissions on a paid account and downgrade the account to Free, only the most recent 500 submissions will be saved. Other submissions will be removed from the account. However, you can download your data before the downgrade.

More about different account types and limits, you can find on our Pricing page.
