Issues for End User with Text Box Text Saving to Form

    I am having issues with a text box on my form. I have created this form so that my end users can work on it as needed as they receive an edit link back to the form.

    The issue is that when someone is working on their form, and paste text into the text box, and save their changes, the text does not save to the text box.

    There is one instance where I can see text for one of my submissions in the text box, but when the end user access the same submission through their edit link, it appears to be blank, yet when they click on downtown submission to pdf, it is visible.

    I have attempted to recreate their issue, but it is not an issue for me.........just the end user.  Help!

    PS  It is not an issue regarding the number of words they are attempting to input into the box.  It is something else.

    I have tested a cloned version of your form but I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    When I edit the form, the text box values are saved.

    Can you please share to us the Edit link in which the text field's data is missing?

    Yes, I know this. It is not on the back end, it is on the front end. What could be causing this?

    We are not sure what may have caused this issue as we cannot replicate it at our end.

    May we know if your form users are using mobile devices in filling up your form?

    You can also let your form users share the console report when this issue happens.

    I just edited Standard Number 3 – Question 7 again (for 4th time) saved my changes. This is the automated Thank You message. If I download my submission to a pdf I see the text that was added. If I select the edit submission link, the box is blank???

    I've tested your form, but I'm unable to replicate the issue. Not sure if it's a caching or browser related issue.
     
    To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.
     
    1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.
     
    2). Try using other browsers
     
    3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).
