Hi, I found this explanation of setting up recurring payments in JotForm (https://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-Setup-a-Recurring-Payment-Option) and have some questions.
Is there a limit to the number of customers we have setting up recurring payments? As in, will we need to go to a higher JotForm level?
Once someone starts a recurring payment, is there anyway for us to monitor / update that information? With a normal subscription service I would have a list of customers and be able to see when their recurring payments are scheduled, and be able to set up reminder emails for when their payment periods are closing. Where would that information exist if I were to setup payments in this way?

I have checked your account and it is under the Free plan. You are only enabled to have three payment submissions for Free plan.
For more information regarding limits, you can check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits
To update your user's information you can edit the form using Form submission..

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.
