Form stuck on "Please Wait" when clicking "Submit" button

Hello! 

I have successfully created my form, integrated it and published it to my wordpress website. 

However, when I test it by filling out the fields and I click on the submit button, it says "Please wait" and stays like that. Nothing else is happening (I've waited more than 10 minutes). 

I am interested in upgrading to a paid account but I want to make sure that everything I want to do is working before doing so.
