Downgraded?

    Jewish Family Services of Washtenaw County received a message that our account has been downgraded. What was our account before it  was downgraded?

    Please advise. Thank you

    I checked the account kellye and it is on the free plan, there are not records of a subscription for this account. 

    You may provide us either the email address where you received this email or the JotForm account you're referring to so we can check on our end.
