How to Link HIPAA Form to Zapier?

    Hi Jot, 

    We are running some Hipaa compliant forms and noticed that they are not compliant with our marketing CRM tool HubSpot. 

    We've read that we can use a Zap to pass the data to HubSpot but have a few questions. 

    1. Do you have instructions for setting up the zap? 

    2. Can you capture and send attributes regarding the channel origination? (like Google PPC, Social, Organic Search, etc). 

    3. If we pass the data from Jot to Zap is the information still secure and Hippa compliant? 

    4. Is there a phone number for support?

    UPDATE (March 18, 2019): Direct integration with HubSpot is available now.

    1. Open the Form Builder

    2. Find the HubSpot CRM integration under the Settings

    3. Connect your JotForm and HubSpot CRM accounts simply by logging into HubSpot.

    4. Merge the form fields to match what shows up in your HubSpot account.

    To answer your questions in the order in which they were asked:

    1. Yes, the Zap is added as an Integration. Go to Settings > Integrations within the form builder and select Zapier and follow the prompts. You can also view the details on Hubspot CRM + Jotform Zap here.

    - When you reach this step make sure you select yes for the question Account HIPAA Compliant.

    2. You can capture the origin of the user data by adding a Get Referrer Widget or other Widgets in the Analytics Category to the form. These fields can then be added to the Integration to HubSpot.

    3. If you select the setting Account HIPAA Compliant to Yes in step 1 above, the data is secure and still HIPAA Compliant.
