HIPAA submission: Getting a 504 error when submitting the form.

    I get the following error when submitting a form in Spanish. I have tested submission twice and both times resulted in the same error. I'm able to complete the form, but instead of loading the Thank you page it gives the attached error: 

    504 ERROR The request could not be satisfied.

    CloudFront attempted to establish a connection with the origin, but either the attempt failed or the origin closed the connection.
