How do I enable my forms after reaching my limit?

Asked by MarianHope on January 21, 2013 at 12:32 PM

I am currently using two forms.   One of the forms was originally set up to receive secure SSL submissions.  I received notification last week that I was approaching my limit of 10 secure submissions per month.  I switched my form to receive regular submissions.  I am not near my limit on regular submissions.  Is there a way to get my forms enabled again without upgrading since I am no longer trying to collect any secure submissions?

I have just lowered your Secure SLL Submission count to 5 and that should make the form active. Please be reminded that we can only do this one time.

Let me know if you are still having the issue. Thanks!
