Hi team - I'm trying to figure out how to get a score for my form. I have tried to use the functions as I understand them to add calculations, but it doesn't seem to work.. Also, I don't want the calculation to be visible until after submission. Basically for each question, I would like to assign a value of either 100 for YES, 50 for maybe/sometimes, and 0 for NO, and after submission calculate and average. Any suggestions?

You can add calculation values to your single questions. Please follow the guide below:
1.) Go to the properties of the field.
2.) Click OPTIONS > User calculation values > ON.
3.) Add value to each option.
