Desktop forms not giving notifications

    Hi,

    I have a problem in that when a customer fills out a form from a desktop (PC) the form can be viewed in submissions, if I log into Jotform but it is not send notifications to the email address that has been setup.

    However, when the form is filled in from a mobile phone, (Blackberry OS) it all works perfectly and send a notification through.    I cant see any problems with the settings.

    Are you experiencing issues in Autoresponder or Notification email? I see that you have put conditions in your Notification email that if the email field is filled in the Form then only it should trigger an email and since your email is not a mandatory one so the user may skip filling the email. What I would suggest you is to make you email field mandatory one so that it would surely ask the user to fill it and then the Notification email would be sent.
