The refund I received is incorrect on my card statement

Why invoice of December 7th, 2018 not correct with my bill?

invoice refund = 106.56 usd

my creditcard bill = 106 usd  

I need an explanation about this.

Our apologies. I think my colleague has refunded the exact amount, but it seems that our payment processor had removed the decimal and converted it to the whole value. We'll see how we can resolve this for you.
