How to send submission email to two different email address?

    so there is no more sub users for silver and gold package? Only way is by enterprise?

    if I create forms, send them to colleagues, I could still have all submissions going to whatever emails I want, correct?

    in my case, I have registrations that reps around the country will fill out. Whenever they submit their forms, I need them to go to customer service department email, and patient tracking department email. Can I do this with gold or silver package? Or would I be the only one receiving the submissions?

    That is correct. Please note that sub-user account is no longer available in new account. The only option available is enterprise plan.

    Yes you can send submission email to any desired email address. You need to edit your form's notification email alert and change the "Recipient Email" to desired email address.     If you want to send submission email to more than one email address, you will have to upgrade your account and then you can send submission to multiple email address. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
