I have Form that is already integrated with Trello Board that used to work but suddenly it is not

Is there anyone facing problem with Trello integration?

I already set up Trello integration with my form that it used to work normally in creating cards once the form is submitted. Out of a sudden it stopped.

I am not getting any error on submission, and there is no log anywhere to see if that was done successfully from JotForm or if there was an error! can anyone help on this? or just let me know if you are facing the same problem?

I can assume that integration could break due to some form modifications, would it be possible for you to remove current Trello integration and set up new one?
