How can I combine insert data and hide function?

If I combine the insert data and hide function in my conditions, the field date are not inserted automatically anymore.

You may use a positive sentence in the Invoice Address checkbox (Is invoice address same as the address provided above? ) and always show the invoice fields in the Form. Write a condition that if the checkbox is selected then populate the invoice address field from the upper portion address to the lower portion.
