May you please kindly provide us more details about which specific part you want to prevent to be downloaded?

Is this about the form's source code? If so, unfortunately, there is no way to allow users to view the source code.

We will wait for your response.

I have not published any form yet. I wanted to know if it is possible to prevent users from downloading my form if published.

The basically can access the source code, which although can be saved, it will not behave the same as if they would be getting the code from the publish tab from the form builder.

Your data is not compromised either.

My colleague said that your form can be downloaded via the web browser. For example, your user opens your form using Google Chrome. The user can just right click on the form and choose "Save As...".

Please take note that this will only download the form and not the submissions or data attached to it.

If you want, you can embed the form into a webpage that restricts the user to save it. You can hire a developer to create this type of security on your webpage. They can probably use Javascript, PHP etc.

For added security, you can enable the "Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users." option under the Privacy section in the Account Settings so that they cannot clone your forms. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
