I dont think if Jotform is complete yet... No add to cart buttom... anyone to help with that?
I dont want client to be directed straight to paypal... I want 1. Add to cart then they cant chose either to continue shopping or buynow.

Jotform is a tool to provide simple and quick solutions for small business sites . A Shopping cart is a more complex solution for middle to big stores, and Jotform's philosophy is to keep things simple.
If you don't want your customers to be redirected to Paypal page, you should open a Paypal Pro account and make the integration with that option , you can also use Authorize.net . Both options will allow the user to stay in the page and after submitting the form, there will not be redirection to any external page
