Need to add more than 1 email for alerts

Currently I have the free subscription and I need to edit and add email addresses to the form but it says I need a higher tier. But it doesn't specify on the amount of email addresses I can have for each tier. I only need 5-8 email addresses on my alerts. Which tier would be the most cost savings for me?

Only the Free accounts are limited to one Email Notification with one recipient email address. 

All paid accounts can add multiple recipient emails to the Email Notification. The limit for paid accounts is 10 recipient emails, but you can create multiple Email Notifications with a paid account.
