As part of a large organization, one thing we struggle with is centrally managing and then having to reroute form responses that come in using other tools out on the web. Ideally we'd like to have the email notification route internally based upon a choice/input the end user has made on the form (such as a drop down list).
Dot JotForm allow us to create routing logic like that? So that if a user selects they are interested in Sales Inquiries it could be routed to a email@example.com, whereas operational issues could go to firstname.lastname@example.org? The end user doesn't need to see the email accounts, merely be able to determine they are interested in Florida vs New York.

Thank you for your interest in our service.
Yes, this is possible with us. You will need to use Conditional Logic on Forms feature. Take a look at the 'Send an e-mail after submission ' conditions.
If you need any further assistance on this, please let us know. We will be happy to help!
