Why is the Dropdown no longer showing all options

I had a form working fine and now the drop downs are broken. Anything with loan amounts in them only show the first and last options. I can't post on my website with this error.

I checked your form and found that the dropdown has only two values - "Select one" and "$800,000".

If you add more values to this field you will be able to view the same in the dropdown list. Please let us know if this is what you were looking for.

Could you let us know if you are referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/83455571077160 since I could see only one drop-down field for the loan amount.

If this is not the form that you are talking about, please provide us the form URL so that we could replicate the issue from our end also.

The form that I had originally embedded on my site (the one you were
referencing) as well as one that I'm currently working on, both are having
the same issue. It appears drop downs with loan amount list is not working.
