Are forms collaborative?

I need a form that can start in one department and move to others that add information along the way. Does JotForm  have this capability?

This is possible by creating an Approval process workflow where the form is Emailed from one department to another to fill in the required. Do let us know the basic flow of how information will move through the organization so we can provide more detailed guidance.
