    Hello,

    Can you save and export electronic signatures and initials completed with Smooth Signature to a pdf document?

    You can create a PDF document template which will be automatically populated with the form submission data. The Smooth Signatures are supported.

    The PDF can be downloaded manually, and/or automatically emailed upon a form submission.
