Why are fields not appearing in the correct order on the PDF report?

    now I have a new problem with the pdf file attachment, some of the fields in there is not where they supposed to. Ill provide the link and the pdf screenshot.

    the information should be on top, and the email and phone number should be all the way at the bottom

    I have been checking the PDF report of your form and noticed that the document is designed as shown on your screenshot, here is what I can see on the form builder:

    okay, but I cant find any "create pdf document" on the drop down of "more"

    Yes, that option should be present in your account:

    Could you please check now and if the issue persists please try using a different Browser.
