    Hello,

I am trying to create a booking page with conditional logic that will route customers to the right website based on what they select. I've created this mockup of the basic idea: https://www.jotform.com/build/83536492489169

The problem is that I need customers to be able to select one of our service and then based on their selection and the other toggles on the page, go the right url. Ideally I could use the multiple choice form element, but there isn't enough room in this form element to have a description of the service people are booking.

Do you have suggestions on how to make this work?

You can use the Show and Hide Field condition. This feature allows you to show and hide a field based on the answer selected by the user. Here's a guide: How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer.

It is also possible to redirect the Thank You Page based on a condition, here's how: Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition.

Hope that helps. If you need further assistance, let us know. Thank you.
