Why our account has been suspended ?

    Hi,

We are a legitimate small business in France, collecting leads thanks to Jotform. We use Jotform since 2011.

As of today, our account is suspended, suspected of phishing.

Jotform is the sole form system we use on our websistes and emails to collect data, which basically means our CPC campains and emailing are blocked, my sales people are blocked too.

I have researched the forum, and in a previous post about a suspended account, someone was suspended because there was a form with login& password. We recently have started creating new forms for another website, so I guess the automatic filter thought it was a violation of terms of use while it was just a "rough".

Could you please reactivate our account? I'll see that the prototype form is deleted, and that no other form can be thought as a violation of termes of use.

    Best regards,

    Please, can anyone help?

I've sent an email to support, but don't have received an answer yet. Does Jotform has a phone number or Skype or something?

    Hi,

We are truly sorry about that. I have now unsuspended your account and white listed your forms after finding no violations of our Terms of Use. Your form should now be back online and work normally as expected.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
