Why my upload limit is not resetting?

Again, my submissions are not clearing my quota. I have AGAIN been shut down. Please fix my upload limit and get my form back up and running.

Upload limit is not resetting, you will have to delete submissions that contain uploads in order to lower the taken upload size.

Just please be mindful that deleted submissions cannot be recovered.
