We paid for a silver upgrade a couple of weeks ago, and we've been downgraded to a free account.

    Apologies for any inconvenience. I have resolved the issue you are having by putting your account to the Silver Bi-Yeary subscription after confirming your subscription to that plan on December 11, 2018.
