Not receiving email notification

    Test email sends notification but when I actually use the form , it does not. Please advise.

    Your email notification is related to a condition with missing fields error:

    When you set conditions to send an email, it's sent only when the condition triggers, if the condition has missing fields the emails will not work. 

    You need to either correct the condition or delete it, if you do correct it, then note that the condition must be met in order to send the email.

    thanks.  I deleted then added back and it worked.
