I figured out the excel question. Just wondering about the 100 submission limit

Usually, when your account is about to reach a specific limit(submissions, space, payment, SSL) within the month, -- the system will send you a notification email about it. This will be the time that you should check your account and adjust if necessary.
When you are logged in to JotForm, you can also check on your account statuses. (see image)
Go to My Forms and click on the login icon again. There will be a dropdown widget that will display your accounts status.
