Refund the difference between the last and the current subscription

    Hi,


    I just upgraded to the 'silver plan' using the 50% discount you guys are offering. However, it looks like I might have been billed for a full year starting today, even though I still have about a full month left on my last subscription. I believe my current subscription ends 1/23, so I believe I should be billed on that day. 

    Could you please confirm that I am not getting double-billed for this month and make the corrections if so?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I have gone ahead and processed the prorated refund for your bronze yearly subscription plan. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
