Why I have crossed my payment limits?

    Hi there,

    I'm not sure why I've reached 3 payment limit when I've only gotten two payments? Both of which being from this week. Could you help me identify when the 3rd payment was? Thank you

    The email was just a reminder, it states that "your payment limit is almost full", One of your payment is still left. You may check your account's usage section:

    https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
