I received a response from someone saying they received my resume from Indeed and was instructed to fill out my contact in. I was sent a link to this website from a text. The thing is the text or the form it brought me to doesn't have a company name on it or a person. If I send you a copy of the link can you identify the sender

That's just it. The link wasn't sent through a web site. It was sent through a text on my phone. The message said my Indeed resume has been approved for consideration please go to this link and fill out the info. That's why I requested an Identy to this link.
