Email response is not going to the person completing the form

    I've got a form that our Sales Team uses to request trainers. After they complete the form, I want them to receive a copy of their form (with the ability to edit the submission if they need to). I get a copy of it as does another internal person, but the Sales Reps are not. 

    I went in and submitted a form for each of the sales reps and see them in the system but none of them got emails of the forms I did on their behalf? Why? What did I do wrong? 

    Additionally, I tried to design the email response so that in the body of the email they receive it lists the following 4 things (but none of them are appearing in the email I get and obviously since the Sales Reps are getting the email at all they don't get it either). 

    a) The name of the person who filled out the form (from Section I "Your Name")

    b) Who is the Event For  (Section II "Who is the Event For")

    c) The Primary Contact for the Event  (Section II First and Last Name for Primary Contact)

    d) The Event start/end dates  (Section III Start date/times for Event #1)

    The dropdown method still works in the autoresponder email. I just tried it with a new form. I think the problem is related to the Custom Sender Email that you used for the autoresponder email. You have added the custom sender emails by verification method. In some cases, this won't work due to email spoofing. We recommend changing this to the SMTP method as it is more reliable.

    I also see that you have created a new autoresponder email. However, you have selected "Your Name" as the recipient which is incorrect since the Your Name field contains the names of the sales rep. You should select the email dropdown.

    Welvin,

    Are you saying I should change the "autoresponder 2" so that it's like the picture below (with "Your Email") instead of "Your Name"? Will that get the surveys/forms to send an email copy to the people who submit them to me? 

    Can I delete Autoresponder 1 since it's not working and serves no purpose?

    Yes, you have to set it as in your screenshot, so Autoresponder can be sent to the submitter's email address (the address your user inputted in the form).

    And yes, you can delete the autoresponder if it serves no purpose.
