Is it possible two correct answers in the quiz app?

I am using the forms for psychological assessment. it gives you a result after you submit your form. the results are not only two options. Does the quiz form do that?

If you meant when one question has more than one correct answer? I'm afraid that such is not possible with our Quiz application, it supports only if the answer is completely correct, meaning if question's answers are two options, both have to be selected for a question to be correct.

We could possibly forward this issue to our backend team for a possible implementation of such an option.
