How to use your form for a application templates on Jimdo?

Dear, 

I want to use one of your formats for a application templates on Jimdo. But when i want to upload an file, it says that the API is not correct. But i dont know how to do that 

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want to display a form on your web site built using Jimdo? I have tried checking with Jimdo using a free account and it seems that the templates are not offering to add custom HTML elements to embed the using iFrame embed method. 

Could you provide us with more information how you are trying to connect JotForm with your Jimdo website so that we can guide you in the right direction?

We are a company in the Netherlands and we have build our website on Jimdo. Business. So its not a free account. 

We have some Job offers( i dont know the english word) on our website and we want to have a format were people can upload their resume.
You can fill in your, first and last name, your email and phone number.

But when you want to add attachment to it, it says that the API's are not correct

Do you have a email or something where i can send some screenshots to?
