My account has been downgraded all of the sudden

    I paid for one year silver plan 


    but suddenly you company downgrade my account !!

    Our apologies. It seems that your cancellation for the previous subscription overrides your Silver Yearly payment. I've fixed it for you. You're back to Silver now.
