Duplicate entries were recorded in the google docs spread sheets from one submission starting today.
I have tried re-integrating.
I have logged out and in and tried again.
Browser's cookies, cache, and browsing data have been cleared on subsequent attempts.
On previous attempts I received "an error has occured" message with the spreadsheet being created regardless.
Test submission showed triple entries after last re-intergation attempt.
The forms concerned are:
Previously they worked fine. The problem began today. The spreadsheets were crated in the same folder (Renter Profiles).
Tried several things to make it work, it may have broken somewhere along the line, can you guys take a look?

How about re-integrating the form to Google Spreadsheet? This is not actually a permanent fixed but this might help you solved that case.
Let us know for results after some times so I can forward this to our developers for further investigation. I will try it also to see if I can replicate the same.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like it is working so far.
I re-intergated only this form: http://form.jotform.us/form/30185152880149
After a test submission, it worked properly. The rest of the forms were already integrated so I tested them before doing anything else and they seem to be working as well.
I made a few test submissions on all 4 forms and a single entry on the spreadsheets was created.
All these test submissions have taken up a quarter of the quota. Can you please reduce the counter becuase of this issue?

Hi, you can also delete the test submissions only on the form. I have reset your total submissions counts all the way to zero(0) for your convinience.
Please try monitor also if the issue happen again, and inform us when you can.

Will do, thank you.

I have a similar issue, but it seems more sporadic. Certain submissions are coming through with the same timestamp to the google doc, but it's not every entry. I'm wondering if this can be prevented or if it's from people hitting the submit button more than once?

Apologize for the issue, please try adding the captcha field into your form and re-integrate the form to Google Spreadsheet as advice on my first response above.
Please let us know for results.

Hello! That seems to have fixed it, thank you!

Hello. What is the straight ahead fix other than reintegrating the form? I have at least 10 forms live across two accounts that all sporadically have double or triplicate entries and I would not like to have to reintergrate them everytime this problem appears. Thanks!

That's the best option for now. This has been reported to our development team already and they are made aware on it. I have also escalated this thread to our dev team for you to received updates once a fixed is commited.
Thanks and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

I just wanted to add that I've been having this issue too - a single entry in a jotform form is appearing twice, three times, sometimes even up to five times in my google spreadsheet. The submission time-stamp and submission ID are identical so it is not due to clicking the submit button more than once. Also for your developers info: this is happening regardless of the device used to submit the form - I have submitted form using mobile phone (iphone and android), ipad and laptop/desktop computers running windows and mac os.

This thread is already forwarded to our developers, the status of this report is set to important so I am sure that our developers will surely look into this tho we can't give you any timeframe for now. If updates will be made, you'll surely know it here.
By the way, have you tried re-integrating the form to Google Spreadsheet? Please kindly try that.
