I cannot locate the design tab or the Form designer button. I have one form I have not had a problem, but the next form which is going to be basically the same it won't let me get the third short text field in. April challenge worked fine, but Pomeranian rescue does not

I have been checking your forms and I can see the designer option, here is a screen-cast about it: 

May you please try clearing your browsers cache and see if that works?

Okay I found it.  if you could run your example slower I could have seen it.  It is the paint roller (unmarked).  Thank you for the help.
