    I have added the Feedback form to my site and now my JavaScript sliders no longer work. I have applied the noconflict script but that did not work. My site is here: http://spdomain.com/hhp/. Can you please provide a bit of information on how to fix this?

    Regards,

    Matthew

    I see you already added the noconflict function to prevent conflict between our form's code and jquery libraries

    However, I would recommend you to update the DOCTYPE declaration in your page with this one:

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    Thanks.

    I added the new DOCTYPE but it is still not working. Do you I need to place the JotForm script in a different location?

    Thanks.

    The function

    <script type="text/javascript"> $.noConflict();</script>

    Should be right before , the  code of the feedback form :

    Make also sure you remove the number, so the code should look like this:

    <script src="http://max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript"> new JotformFeedback({ formId : "30205084396956", buttonText : "HHPage Website Inquiry", base : "http://jotformpro.com/", background : "#F59202", fontColor : "#FFFFFF", buttonSide : "left", buttonAlign : "center", type : 1, width : 700, height : 500 }); </script>
