    Hello, I have downgraded my subscription. Please confirm, thank you.

    Did you downgraded from "Silver" to "Bronze"? Or are you trying to downgrade from "Bronze" to "Free"

    I did check your account and found that you have cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan but your subscription is already renewed earlier today. 

    Do you want us to process the refund for your last subscription payment and downgrade your account to free? Do get back to us on this and we will do the needful.
