You should use Location Coordinates Widget instead of Geolocation Widget.

    1. Press "Add Form Element" button at the left of the screen on form builder.

    2. Click on the widgets tab and type "Location Coordinates" to the search bar.

    3. Add Location Coordinates widget to your form by clicking on it.

    4. This widget has build-in adress, longitude, latitude, province and country sections in it.

    5. While the user fills the form the browser will ask to allow location info. User has to click ok.

    6. Than the map will appear. The user will have to click to the red pin on the map for widget to get his latitude and longitude.

    Hi Ozan,

    Thanks for your help.

I wonder whether you can explain further on how to make this location coordinates widget can works automatically update the address field when we moved the red pin.

On inspecting your Form I noticed that the widget's daily API limit is exceeded. You would have to enable billing for your project.

You may create an API key by following this link.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Roneet,

    Thanks for your help.

However, although I have enabling billing for this widget, I found empty field in the view submission report.

Any ideas how to solve it?

    Thanks to you in advance.

I just submitted your form and I can confirm in your submission page that the Geo location tagging is shown. I did fill all the Geo Location widget, only the first one.

Try submitting your form again and let us know if the issue persists. Looking forward for your response.

    Hi Jed,

    Thanks for your help.

Trial reveals that geo tag works by providing latitude and longitude of the location by moving the red pin tag.

However, the red pin tag has to move manually when I moved to the next call plan of outlet/store.

It is also happen with the address in which manual entry has to performed.

    Any ideas to solve this?

    Thanks.

You mean to say it doesn't detect your location automatically?

Make sure that you have clicked on "Allow" so that browser will detect your current location. It will automatically detect your location once you have allowed the browser to detect your location.

Let us know if that is not what you are referring to.

What I mean is that the red pin tag should be automatically moved once I arrived at the new location with update longitude and latitude as well as the address.

    Any ideas to solve this?

    Thanks.

I'm sorry, but the widget will only ask you once about your location, even if you have multiple copies of it in the form. Your users will have to provide the address in the widget manually. There is no workaround for this.

    Hi Welvin,

    Thanks for your help.

Any ideas on how to automate the longitude and latitude without moving the red pin tag?

And also to lock it? So the user can't cheat by providing fake information.

The widget will automate the long/lat for you. However, you have multiple location coordinates widget in the form. Once you allow the widget to track your location, it will only fill the first widget in the form, and you need to move the pin for the other widgets manually. Again, there is no workaround for this inside the form.

Well, it can be locked by disabling the pointer events by CSS. However, doing that will not allow the users to correct their location, and since you have multiple widgets in the form, how can they move the pin for the others if you will lock it? I suggest keeping it that way.
