PDF editor : Not able to use drag and drop element when using ipad

I‘m trying to add an image to the top of my PDF, and I’m unable to click/drag it to the top while working on my iPad. So when I add a new element, it is stuck at the bottom of the PDF or below another element.

I was able to reproduced the same issue when using tablet device. It seems that drag and drop function is not possible in the PDF editor.

I have elevated this thread to the next level so they can investigate as well.
