Jotform not loading on webpage the first time

help! Jotform sometimes loads....

I am using squarespace. I have tested java and Iframe code.   I Switched to Lightbox hoping that was a workaround. I am still not getting a 100% success rate. I do get 100% loading when I refresh the page.   

Hope you can help. We have spend a lot of time setting up the forms.
