Highrise Integration - Case generation

    Hi,

      I am trying to integrate JotForm with highrise by creating a case based on a form. I followed the intructions on: http://www.jotform.com/blog/59-Easy-Contact-Management-with-Highrise although I cannot see the several custom field I created in highrise, and I can only see on my option of the form, one of the three fields that exist ("Your message" only, and not "Your Email" nor "Your Name".

      I woudl like a sugeestion on what might be occuring.

    Hi FE,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already deleting your browser cache and cookies? If not, can you please give a try then re-integrate your form to Highrise and let us know if the said issue still persists or not.

    Hi. Tried that in FF,Chrome and Safari. Same behaviour. Do you have any other suggestions? :-)

    Hello it appears that you've deleted the form that was associated with this thread. Could you please make sure that you have an appropriate form set up to use with Highrise and then share with us a link to the form so that we can assist you further on this problem.
