Braintree: Submission completed but no payment

A user completed a submission on my form: https://form.jotform.com/83291401603145 and should have been required to pay $180, however he was able to submit without paying.

How do I get the $180 payment? I don't believe it is appropriate for me to ask a customer to register again.

Integration seems to be set up correctly on your form. Do users submit the form using it's direct link or the form is embedded on a web page? If second, can you please share a link to your page, so we could inspect it?

No they access the form directly.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and found that you have configured it correctly with default product selected. I do not see any reason how for can be submitted without payment.

One possible cause could be user's browser JavaScript being disabled and the validation must . have not triggered. I would suggest you to please add "NoScript" widget in your form and see if that solves your problem.

Do get back to us if the issue persists even after adding NoScript widget in form.

My question is how I receive the $180? Like I said, I don't think it is appropriate to ask someone to resubmit.

I am very sorry, but there is no option to charge users that have not processed payment when submitting the form. You may contact the respondent to send you a payment in different way in order to count received submission as paid.
