Hello. I've properly integrated Stripe as a payment gateway. Our first sale went through fine. However, there was no customer data in Stripe, only the amount paid. I'd like to capture all customer information in Stripe. Please let me know, in great specifics, how to acquire all customer details. Thank you.

Customer details are acquired using the Stripe CC Information that's entered to the form.
When data is submitted to Stripe, It'll look like this:
Are you not receiving any of these fields data? The CC fields are actually "Required" so user's will not be able to bypass that unless the form validation isn't working probably due to code conflict. Have you tried re-integrating your form to Stripe? Also, may we know the website URL where you've embedded your form so we can check it here?

The problem may have to do with your Secondary Color. It's possible that the secondary color is set to white, against a light or white background color - or a dark color, against a dark background - which is why you may not be able to see the information. To change the secondary color, go to:
1. Setup and Embed settings
2. Click on Preferences
3. Click on Field Styles
4. Click on Secondary Color value and set to a color that contrasts against the backgorund color of your form.
