Why am I not able to edit Donation page set up

    Good morning,

    My account has been "dormant" for the past few months (I use it for a seasonal fundraiser). In trying to get my donation form up and going just now, I have two questions:

    (1) On Integration Settings, PayPal and PayPal Pro (which I used) are grayed out and a box comes up that I have a payment form already in place

    (2) On a test form, I get this message when entering an email address: Invalid API Key - contact form owner.

    Please advise!

    1) From your form https://www.jotform.com/70674504931154, I can see that only the PayPal Pro option is added and other payment options are grayed out.

    Please note that in one form only one payment integration is possible.

    2) You have used the XVerify Email widget for the email address field. Please try removing and re-adding this widget and generating a new API key.
