    I was following your instructions and the first test form after setting up the HIPAA did have a green lock at the bottom NOW the second form I set up does not.

    AND it never took me through the process to encrypt all of the forms I already have in my acct.

    I Need Help with this ASAP

    I did check your account and it seems it is not HIPPA complaint. Please note that HIPAA is enabled at the account level.

    You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to upgrade to HIPAA compliance:   https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance 

    Do try to enable HIPAA compliance in your account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

    I already upgraded my account to the $99 a month plan.
    I had the $39 a month plan for a month
    I have not been able to get this HIPAA set up in a month.
    Just do it!

    There seems to be some confusion here. Please note that just upgrading your account to silver or Gold plan will not enable HIPPA compliance. You will have to enable it from your account "Data" page. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable HIPPA compliance in your account:
