I have recently created a form with your service - great service by the way. All appears OK apart from email notifications - I cant get them to work at required email address. When I was testing I used my address: firstname.lastname@example.org and all worked fine however I updated email notification address to: email@example.com - and it now does not work.
I have control over the domain fastquotemotor.co.uk and have set up the account myself and tested so I know all is OK - I also know that there are no spam filters etc in place.
I'm hoping you can sot something your end? Thanks in advance.

Your form setting were fine so I suggest you to check this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues.
