Yesterday I linked the Paypal option and it wasn't working so I emailed a question and received the response below:

I test submitted your form to test PayPal payment and it appears to be working now as of this checking.
I was redirected to the PayPal screen after submitting the form.
Today when I emailed the link out no one was able to get passed the screen that your IT support was able to get to; Once they were directed to Paypal and attempted to log in and pay it would say something went wrong and return to merchant.
I would like this option to work so the form can be completed and payment received all aat once. Any suggestions on how I can get this to work properly? Thank you, Vanessa

The issue must be related to your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal support to inquire about this issue. Probably guest checkout is not enabled: https://docs.easydigitaldownloads.com/article/1420-why-doesnt-paypal-guest-checkout-show
