    Account Limit - 20 submissions - But we have Premium Plan

    Hello,

    Looks like I created a survey the other day and forgot to login. So, Jotform thinks I'm a guest but my account is a Premium account. I just received the email below. So, I went ahead and logged into my account with the survey still open and I think I was able to transition the survey into my account successfully. I re-embeded the survey onto our website. The big question is, will this keep the survey from locking out submissions after 20?

    I am sorry that this has created confusion for you. I went ahead and took a good look at your account and I can currently see that your plan is definately a premium account and I do not see anything that could roadblock this. So as far as I know you should be able to continue to receive submissions on this form so please disregard that message. I can also see that there are no forms on the guest account and it appears to have been successfully transferred. Most likely the message had been sent to you because it was getting close since the form was originally on the guest account at the time.
